The One Start One Stop Investment Center (OSOS) at Chamchuri Square was inaugurated by Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva on 23 November 2009. The OSOS Investment Center was established to facilitate business negotiation as well as boost confidence of both local and foreign investors. The center also aims to shorten procedures for new investors in order to enable them to easily conduct their businesses in a good investment atmosphere.

The OSOS Investment Center combines related services given by 21 government agencies and state enterprises from 10 ministries into one. Business entrepreneurs can save their time and cost by the OSOS Investment Center.The center is operating at Chamchuri Square. Staff members in the center can give services in three languages including English, Chinese, and Japanese.

The services offered by the center will range from consultations, business information, permission approval, visa and work permit approval, and registration. Some example of registration services are business establishment, value added tax, request for investment support, work license for foreigners, and many others.
